Service
Traffic Commissioner Intelligence provides independent research based on publicly available information and, where agreed, documents supplied by the client. Scope, deliverables, fee and timetable are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Section-Specific and Incident-Specific reports
The Section-Specific Report is a focused public-source briefing. A Notice Incident-Specific Report is a separate service where the evidence-fit threshold is met and the client agrees to proceed. The additional work is not charged where the available material cannot materially support the promised deeper comparison.
What we do not provide
We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, transport consultancy, advocacy, a defence, a prediction of a regulatory or court outcome, or a guarantee that any action will reduce a penalty or protect a licence. Suggestions must be checked and adapted by an appropriately qualified adviser.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information supplied, authority to share documents, and taking independent advice on decisions affecting their business or legal position.
