Information we may receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name, business contact details, email correspondence, documents you choose to provide and information needed to scope or deliver a research brief. Please do not send special-category personal data or confidential material unless it is necessary and you have authority to share it.
How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, confirm scope, carry out requested research, deliver reports, administer payment and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell contact lists or use client documents for unrelated marketing.
Sharing and retention
We may use carefully selected service providers for email, payment, hosting and document handling. We only share information where needed to provide the service, comply with law or protect rights. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and orderly business records.
Your rights
